how to re sync all activities from forerunner 610 ?

Hi, how can i re sync all activities from forerunner 610 to Garmin website ?
all activities are still in history.
i have deleted all from the website by mistake.

There is a section in the History menu on the FR 610 where you can select the existing Activities to transfer. The 610 must be paired with Garmin Express or ANT Agent.
- Press MENU
- Select History
- Select…

There is a section in the History menu on the FR 610 where you can select the existing Activities to transfer. The 610 must be paired with Garmin Express or ANT Agent.

Press MENU
Select History
Select Options
Select Upload
Select the activity you want to upload
Select Yes
Repeat steps 6 and 7 as needed

Hi Curt,
i tried that already but the activity wont load.
i see that Garmin Express sync it, it showed a message "1 Items sync"
when i login to the site i dont see it.
Why ?
