Update stuck in loop waiting for other updates to complete

I am trying to update my Approach G5. I haven't updated in a while so had both the Firmware update 3.70 and the Time Zone map 14.0 waiting. When I clicked Update All, they downloaded, but are not installing. Each says "waiting for other update to complete" Both updates say "less than a minute" and it's been several hours.

Suggestions?

I had this problem a few weeks back. I quit the install and then carried them out one by one with no issues.

Can't guarantee it will work for you though.
