Fourthly, the 'Garmin Express' plain doesn't function. It installs in a picky way; for one, does not request administrator elevation as it should, and then when administrator is logged into a console session (a normal windows administrator account login, or an account with administrator full-access - that is how most ordinary household computer users reading this post would refer to it), and uninstalled and reinstalled, windows requires rebooting (fine.... ok) but then after a clean reboot, and install, it continues to not function. The GE logo is near the clock, the splash-screen logo appears, then goes away, when the Garmin is plugged-in, or the software is manually-started.
