Any "short term" update to send wourkout from GC to fr 910XT and sync Health data from Tanita?
  • In order to send workouts/training plans or courses to ANT devices, Garmin Express will need to be uninstalled and ANT Agent installed as a workaround for now. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, we are working to resolve this issue and get it fixed.

How do I completely uninstall Garmin Express?
How do I install the ANT Agent software?

  • Hi Shane,

Is this the reality on GE PC version 3.2.5.0?

Now I can't simple send my training plan for my devices, neither 910 or 310.

I've uninstalled GE and put back ANT agent+communicator, but from classic GC view no device is available.

So could you please share the proper way to sync my plan from GC for my devices?

    MV
  • The latest version of Express 3.2.5 will allow the transfer of your training plan through Classic Connect.

    Hi, Shane,

Just changed over to GE yesterday. Is there still the problem with sending workouts from GC calendar to the 410? If so, how do I reinstall ANT Agent? The link above shows "Unable to process your request."
  • Just changed over to GE today and totally unsuccessful was not able to connect to my garmin swim or Forerunner 610 - is there a clear series of steps that will allow the installation to run successfully on windows 7 ? I am now back on classic connect and ANT agent and not feeling well disposed towards Garmin as a brand - I feel that the devices themselves are excellent but control of software and firmware releases is far less so.

    I second that emotion. JSPICKERNELL
