Garmin Express acts like it's loading "Extras", but they do not appear

Using GE 3.0.9.0 and using Win7 Home Premium SP1 with all updates current.

With my 3597 connected to computer and recognized by GE, clicking on "Extras" starts the loading icon, but when it stops, nothing is listed. Have been able to view the "Extras" 2 times.

FYI - Going to "Garmin Garage" works to access vehicle icons and voices, so downloading works from webpage

Try updating Express ... Latest is 3.0.12

D/L 3.0.12.0, installed, rebooted and still no extras.

OK, try the steps here:

•Deleting the device from the application and then reassociating it will update the stored configuration files. This procedure can fix a variety of issues.

To remove the device and reassociate it:

1.Open Garmin Express
2.Click Device
3.Click Delete Device from Express
4.Uncheck the box next to Delete the saved backups
5.Click Yes to remove the device
6.Close Garmin Express and restart the computer
7.Open Garmin Express and follow the on-screen prompts to add the device back to Express

Do Extras now load with your GPS connected?

Installed 3.0.12.0 and happy to report that now Extras work (again) for my 2595. Did not work with 3.0.9.0.

There have been various incarnations of Garmin Express that DID work in the past...

I updated to 3.1.6.0 today and had to do all the steps listed above to get "Extras" back.

One other problem, GE showed Dr. Nightmare voice installed on my 660 and it is not. But, it is installed on my 3597 and showed it as being installed.
