Just brought edge 1040 was working fine with maps and climb pro there was a software and map update where it erased my maps on the device and now I’ve can’t get them back , if I use the 1040 over WiFi it downloads the maps and stops every time at 95% . And when I connect to Garmin express it just gets to 8.9 then fails .. tried many times but same results . Have deleted express and reinstalled have factory reset 1040 still no difference.. anyone help please really don’t know what else to do
