Purchased several Garmin outdoor GPS and Garmin Maps over the Years.
Not that i can make good use of them.
Every Map download is a negative to downright impossible experience.
I just load third party OSM Maps now, leaving my expensive payed for Garmin Maps on the slow servers forever.
They transfer rather nothing for my money than permit fast download acces to a payed version of the archaïc drawings called "a Map" by Garmin.
Leaving the Device download unattended (for hours and hours) results in bad data and server disconnecting.
My isp is throttling nothing.
Only with Garmin servers this happens each and every time.
This is 2026'
Garmin, just invest in some Worldwide located servers.
