I can't manage maps after updating Garmin Express to version 7.28.0.1

After updating Garmin Express to version 7.28.0.1, I can't manage the maps.

The option to view/update downloaded maps to the device has disappeared in the application - see image (in Czech):

It works fine for me. Remove GE and manually delete everything related to it, then reinstall GE.

make your watch is connected in MTP mode. Sometime need to plug in several times to get it connected in the correct mode
