Hi,
I updated my Garmin Edge 1040 to the latest firmware version (30.18) and now wanted to download and install TopoActive Central Europe and Western Europe.
After accepting the terms and conditions, the download starts. But after about 1 to 3%, it stops with the following message:
"Some changes not applied.

The Garmin still has 25.2 GB of 28.9 GB free. I have already tried USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and USB C 10G. I have also tried different cables. My C: partition (where Garmin Express is installed) also has ~75 GB of free space.
When I click away the error message and start the process from the beginning, it continues even at the last few percent. But by the time I reached about 33%, it had already cost me an hour of tedious clicking.
Downloading directly to the Garmin via Wi-Fi doesn't work either. Here, the time just runs on and on and the percentage doesn't change.
So how can I fix the problem?
