My Garmin Lily Classic watch face stopped displaying anything. How can I fix this problem?

My Garmin Lily Classic watch face stopped displaying anything. I have already tried to reset by pressing and holding the circle (at the bottom of watch face) for 20-30 seconds. the watch vibrates but nothing happens on the watch face. The Garnin app on my iPhone was still synched and showing my activities for a few days but now says the bluetooth is disconnected. I cannot reconnect without my watch face display! How can I fix this problem?

  • If your Lily vibrates but the screen stays black, it likely means the display has failed. The long‑press reset you tried is the only reset option available. Garmin doesn’t repair the Lily, only replaces it, and since it’s a five‑year‑old model, they might just offer a discount on a newer watch. You’ll need to reach out to Garmin Support to find out exactly what they can do.

Also, this isn’t the right forum section for the Lily, so reposting in the Lily device forum could help you get better responses.

  • Thanks for the info. I was finally able to reach a Garmin Support specialist who helped me troubleshoot and ultimately decided that my Lily was defective. As you said, the only solution to my problem is to have it replaced. Thank you again for your response!
