Mk3i

Question

Hi 
 My Mk3i has about 150 songs on it that I guarantee I did not load. I added one CD from Amazon music and now I noticed all these extra songs. I am trying to figure out how to delete them using Garmin Express on my laptop but no luck. And Garmin Express is a whole other issue. It&rsquo;s hard to believe such an expensive product could be so hard to use their software. Extremely frustrating.

We recommend ensuring Garmin Express is up to date so it is running optimally. To check for updates, open express> select Settings> About> Check for Updates to Express.

For the extra music being loaded on, we'll need more info like if they are your saved songs from Amazon music or another source, and if they come back after deleting the extras.
