i try to install cyclops safety camera and it s show me a message "there was an error installing the content" 
 what should i do to solve the problem? thx

For what it's worth: my ongoing subscription works fine, and I am equally: being notified about Cyclop updates by GE, and installation process works fine. 
 If you still have issues, I'd suggest you contact Product Support and ask for assistance.
