Cannot Unlock Maps. Garmin Express serial number shown does not match physical label

Cannot Unlock Maps. Garmin Express serial number shown does not match physical label.  Garmin 765T.   Believe I had done several map updates over the years before it locked up.Garmin Express lets me apply the 2026 map update but unit keep saying "Cannot Unlock Maps".
