Invalid Chart error after reinstalling Garmin Express

Recently had to reinstall Garmin Express (GE). Install went fine, app starts no problem. I had 2 devices registered but now when the app starts, I launches straight to the Add Device screen. When I plug either of my registered devices, it searches but returns 2 Invalid Chart icons. Can't see any way to login to my account from any screen in GE. Now I have no way of updating the firmware/maps on my devices.

- Tried restarting system

- Tried uninstall/reinstall

- Reinstalled GE on a different drive as original drive went kaput.

- Devices show up on the website after login.

- Windows 10

Has anyone had and, more importantly, resolved this issue?
