My Approach S12 seems to not save any new games anymore. I have searched Garmin Express up and down for any settings or so - there are none. I played golf today and definetely entered all scores and saved the game at the end. Yet no scorecards are displayed in the web frontend. Then eventually I got a prompt "use memory" and replied yes.
There I can see the folder "scorecards" and see the last scorecard was saved in May this year.
Also for some reason the USB connection seems to fairly unstable. Tried multiple cables (this is my third Approach watch) and eventually it worked after trying often enough.
Would appreciate any hints to get my watch to save scorecards again.
