Just accepted the update to V7 26.0.0 and now we can't connect my wife's Lily 2. Device manager shows a grey question mark. Tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling as admin.
Tried updating drivers but Device Manager says latest are there. Driver version 2.3.1.0 19/04/2012 - which weirdly is the version downloaded also if you go to the Garmin USB drivers download and download what is meant to be 2.3.1.2 01/10/2015.
In file Explorer I just get the drive letter but a "? “ on it - can't see the fit files etc.
Tried different USB sockets as well.
Nothing of any consequence in Event Viewer.
- Any suggestions, as it used to connect before Express updated?
