First try uninstalling garmin express but do not delete all garmin files while trying to uninstall. When uninstall fails run trouble shooter above and when it asks what you want to do click on uninstall then click on garmin express then wait for it to say uninstall is fixed download a fresh copy of garmin express from here: Garmin Express
| Update Maps and Devices and run exe after downloading it and garmin express should install with no problem.
