Forerunner 920XT won't connect to Garmin Express

Forerunner 920XT won't connect to Garmin ExpressI have a forerunner 920XT and Garmin Express is not able to identify it. I'm using a usb charging connection. WIndows recognises the watch and the watch connects to Garmin Connect through bluetooth! Can anyone help? I haven't connected it in a long time so needs updates. ThanksI

What's a usb charging connection? You need a data cable if you want Express to see it.
