Garmin Express muestra el mensaje "There was an error installing the update" al intentar instalar dos actualizaciones de mapas (Trailforks y TopoActive Europe, versión 2025.10 ambas). He intentado todas las soluciones que proponéis (reiniciar el PC, ejecutar GE como administrador, reinstalar GE, comprobar configuración de red y zona horaria, dar autorización a Trailforks en Connect IQ...) pero nada funciona. Lo he intentado en tres ordenadores distintos (dos con Windows 11 y uno con Windows 10) pero en todos sale el mismo error.
Me gustaría que me dierais una solución efectiva para actualizar los mapas. Gracias
Garmin Express displays the message "There was an error installing the update" when trying to install two map updates (Trailforks and TopoActive Europe, version 2025.10 both). I've tried all the solutions you suggested (restarting the PC, running GE as administrator, reinstalling GE, checking network and time zone settings, authorizing Trailforks in Connect IQ, etc.) but nothing works. I've tried on three different computers (two with Windows 11 and one with Windows 10) but they all show the same error.
I'd like an effective solution for updating the maps. Thank you.
