Region problem in Garmin Express.

I live in Iceland and downloaded Garmin Express version 7.25.0.0. When I was going to buy update to the map, I had to select a region but I couldn't find Iceland so I chose UK. When I went through the whole process and went to purchase, an error occurred and I couldn't complete the purchase. I watched the tutorial video and saw Garmin Express version 7.15.2.0 which had Iceland as an region option. Now, I downloaded Express from Iceland but it still didn't come with Iceland as an option like the old program did. How do I download a version made for Iceland?

Your post isn't clear. What device? What map was initially installed? Why are you buying 'an update' and if that was needed but it failed then you'll need to try again to complete the purchase.

The car is a 2016 Honda CRV with a 2015 map. If I want to update the map I have to buy the update but the latest Garmin Express version does not include Iceland as a region so the program gives an error when I try to pay. The tutorial video shows the process in version 7.15.2.0 and it shows Iceland as a region. I have tried many times but failed.

No, the version I downloaded from garmin.com/express is 7.25.0.0 and does not have Iceland as an option in the country/region menu, but on the other, the older version in the tutorial video on the Garmin site, have it.
