GARMIN EXPRESS ISSUE: some Widgets/Apps are duplicating

For over four years this has been reported - no resolution - no comment from Garmin.

4 years!!    Applications should only count once.  Not as an app AND a glance.  It is amazing that Garmin keeps locking these threads without comment or resolution.

My Windows interface gets updated on average every six months or so - for 4 years - yet Garmin refuses to even recognize there is a problem.

4 years!!   I have a ForeRunner 165.  It also happens on Venu 2, Venu 3, and Fenix 3HR in my personal experience.

Now you can lock this thread too.

  • After years of no action or response this is so low on their to-do list that most of us have learned to live with it.

    I have never seen a company so intent on ignoring problems that make the user experience so frustrating.

    Their lack of response to most problems is very telling.....

    Now this thread will get locked even sooner. - How dare we complain.....

  • I am not sure they even have a to-do list, frankly.  They have a fairly good product line and charge enormous amounts for it, but there are a few competitors getting close.  They need to review Blackberry's customer service record and learn where that got them (if you even remember what a Blackberry was).

  • LOL Yes I can remember Blackberry because I had one for work. Sadly I can also remember rotary dial phones AND no computers were even dreamed of for personal use. And one did not need a watch to excerise, walk, run, or cycle.
