Can't transfer music because Garmin Express 7.25 stays stuck at verifying available space.

In version 7.25 transferring music to Forerunner 965 is impossible because Garmin Express Windows stays stuck at verifying available space. If I try to transfer music I get an error message stating that available space on device is insufficient. Garmin Express version 7.24 works with identical scenario.

I have the same problem. So, if I uninstall 7.25 and install 7.24 then I can see my playlists. As soon as 7.25 is installed I lose access to them. My only workaround with 7.25 is to connect to the watch via PC and manually add my playlist (.mu8 file + songs).

Garmin should fix this issue.
