I have been trying to fix this nuvi 3490s maps as nothing shows up and i decide to try updating the device which has made a new issue apparent. It sits on the preparing device for software up date for hours and does nothing. I dont know if it has something to do with me being on windows 11 or if the device is broken. Ive retried the uodate at least 5 times now and have had no luck.
