Garmin Approach G3 Courseview Pacific version 25.10 has no Australian Courses

Hi. I am still using my Garmin Approach G3 and updated today (23 April 2025) from Courseview Pacific version 6.30 to the latest one which is version 25.10 offered on latest version Garmin Express. This has completely bricked my Garmin because there are no Australian courses in this software and I cannot find any way back to my previous version to have a functional Garmin golf product. The software is supposed to have Australian courses in it. Please can someone get me back or better still, fix this software. The version 25.10 courses finish somewhere in Indonesia I think.

    I've had the same issue, and so far Garmin have basically said there's nothing they can do, and have offered a "20% discount voucher". I'm going to be taking it further though as this is all on them, we should never have been offered that course update.

    I hope your able to achieve something. I believe it is a software issue that they are unwilling to resolve. I was offered the same 20% off, 20% off still makes it unaffordable for me. I think the Approach G80 from Garmin is $800. Good luck and good golfing.

    Thanks, I'm going to continue pressuring them on this for that very reason. I am supposedly being contacted by a customer care supervisor tomorrow. They can argue the age of our devices, though consumer law still protects us, especially when their updates are directly responsible for their failure. They have to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, which includes either repairing our devices, or offering financial compensation so that we are in the same position we were in before this issue occurred. That's the law, and I'm going to continue to be a thorn in their side until they actually do the right thing by us.

    Courseview updated version 25.20 is now available for install.

    I have updated my G3 with this and can confirm I now have Australian courses available.

    Thanks for letting me know BundyBro. I have just uploaded all the courses with updated Courseview version 25.20, everything seems to be fine now. I HAVE AUSTRALIAN COURSES AGAIN. Can't wait to use it. I had all but given up on it. A big call out to 6885810 who I think may have been instrumental in casing up this issue. THANK YOU.
