Garmin 235 china link Chinese account and Italian one

I have a garmin 235 bought in China, until 2 days ago I can connect in Italy through Garmin Express.

Now it goes directly to the italian garmin webiste, and all my historical data seems lost, How I can do to come back or link the 2 account?

Please ask in the watch forum as this isn't an Express issue
