Hi there,
I've just had to install a new hard drive on my Dell laptop after the previous SSD drive stopped working.
So I have a brand new Windows 11 install and then downloaded the latest version of Garmin Express for Windows.
The device (Edge Touring) is recognised OK, but when I'm prompted to Sign In to my Garmin Connect account, I just get a blank window:
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, running the app as Administrator and also using the Windows Compatability Troubleshooter, but still now joy.
(Oh, I also tried installing Garmin Express on a Mac laptop, but it tells me the device isn't compatible with that version, which is pretty disappointing. )
Has anyone else seen this before, or know what else I could try to fix?
