ma montre vivoactive 5 reste en écran noir et aucune interaction sur les boutons ne la refait fonctionner, mon mari a la même montre et rencontre le même problème.
Elle refonctionne seulement après l'avoir branché sur une alimentation ce qui je suppose la réinitialise.
j'ai déjà contacté le support Garmin qui m'avait suggéré de restaurer les paramètres usine mais le défaut est revenu très peu de temps après .

my vivoactive 5 watch stays on black screen and no interaction on the buttons makes it work again, my husband has the same watch and has the same problem.
It only works again after plugging it into a power supply which I assume resets it.
I have already contacted Garmin support who suggested I restore the factory settings but the fault came back very soon after.
What to do?
