battery charge level

I saw that this problem arose 5 years ago, but nothing was done. It would be good to indicate the battery charge level in the garmin express program.I hope that something will be done this time.

Although I’m a mechanical engineer, my electronics knowledge is limited but I would suspect the ability to acquire battery level at the same time you are connected to Express on a PC or Mac might involve some circuitry which of course would drive up cost. Then of course, as soon as you disconnect from the PC or Mac, you can access the charge state on the device with just a few screen taps. So why the need?

I don't know. I had a Suunto 9 Peak before and it was possible there. I think it's more about the software.
