I am hoping that the community can assist me to get this issue resolved.
I am trying to install the Routable Cycling Map for Africa on my Garmin Edge 1030 plus.
I did some digging and found that Garmin Express downloads the files to a temp location on my laptop:
C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Local\Garmin\express\maps
It looks like it downloads multiple files during this process.
The first file downloads successfully, but the map install process fails on 22% as soon as the second file starts to download.
I had a look at the Garmin Express logs and found the following:

I have more than enough free storage space on my laptop and device, so storage is not the issue.
I have a home FTTX (Fiber) 25mbps internet link, so internet connectivity is also not an issue.
Any suggestions?
