Does Express (or other Garmin utilities) Run on Windows 11 ARM (not Intel)

I have 6 Garmin devices (Fenix 8, car GPS 55, dashcam mini 3,Inreach mini 2 and Edge Explore 2) that I sync/update through Express on my well-worn (Intel based) Surface Pro 6

I'm contemplating a new Surface Pro 11 which is ARM processor (not Intel) based

Does Garmin Express, basecamp, other utilities, etc. run well (or at all) on Windows 11 ARM? I get no definitive answer for a bunch of web searches, meaning either it works just fine and no one is talking about it, or no one is trying that setup.

I'm running Windows 11 64 bit Arm in VMware on my Mac with M2 processor. BaseCamp and Express work fine on it.

Thanks! Funny that Garmin support chat has no idea what I'm talking about, and zero mention on their support pages!
