Then something is wrong as I have no issues with Express under Win11. Try the troubleshooting tips in this FAQ
I'm not even getting to Express. The device are not recognized on any Windows 11 PC.

I have been struggling with this problem for quite some time and have researched it extensively trying various "Troubleshooting" methods such as https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=l0p9W9vsc37NJ3vH2b5pF6&identifier=3EU003803&searchQuery=pc%20connection&tab=topics
For years I never had a problem, but then all of a sudden none of my devices showed up on any computers. I've tried different cables, different mass storage settings in the devices, and other suggested remedies. I am completely flummoxed about this.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin express in hopes that it was some glitch within that program. No joy.
If you look around you will see that others have had the same problem, but so far I have not seen a successful answer to the issue.
If Windows isn't recognising any of your devices then it's not an Express issue, please contact Product Support for help, but note the link I posted also gives advice on this.
