Missing map on my Nuvi 2460LMT , V2025.20

Having updated Garmin Express to 7.24.00 I updated the maps on my Nuvi 2460LMT for the first time in 9 months. Checking "my Maps" on the Sat Nav I only have CN Europe NTU 2025.20 All South. How can I get back the missing North?

    Try a reinstall of the map, note you may need a sd card to install both the North and South maps.

    Thanks for the help. I have had a card in the unit for a few years, but I may take it out to check it's free capacity before trying a reinstall. It was a single map previously of all Europe, if it had done just North I would have been ok, I never go into Europe

    If you already have a card I'd check it still works, reformat it, then without inserting the card run Express, only inserting the card when Express asks for it.

    Thanks again for your help in sorting out my ageing nuvi  2460 LMT. My card is 32Gb and when reformatted I tried again, but this time it resulted in there being no maps showing. I have today once again reformatted my card, as when I looked at the sd card  files , there was  some garmin and map data showing from 2022. Garmin Express then showed that Europe map was available to download, and some 3 hours later, I finally had my maps on my Sat Nav. Looking at "MyMaps" it shows both North and South, but that is the first time that any thing today has indicated the two seperate maps. It's taken two months on and off, but I am now on v2026.10.
