“Route calculation error” on my 3 devices

Hello

I have an Edge 1030+ which until recently worked perfectly well.

Now, as soon as I use the guidance function, I get the message “Route calculation error”.

I don't think the problem lies with my Edge 1030+, but with the connection/link to Garmin Express, as my Fenix6 watch is now experiencing the same problem (after upgrading).
My watch shows me the following message: “Route calculation error, missing routable roads in this area”.

Incidentally, I did a test with an old Edge 1030.

I dug out my old Edge 1030, which I hadn't used for a long time. First, I switched it on and used it to navigate to a given point. In a few seconds, it showed me the route.

Then I connected it to Garmin Connect. At that point, my Edge 1030 was working properly.

Then I upgraded with Garmin Express, and since then I've had the same problem as with the Edge 1030+ or the Fenix. I can no longer follow a route, and I get the message “route calculation error” every time.

I now have 3 Garmin devices that have the same problem and that I can no longer use to guide me.

So the problem is obviously not with just one device, but with all three and/or with Garmin Express? In any case, I only use Garmin Express maps.

What can I do? Where can I find a solution to my problem?

Thank you in advance for your advice and help in finding a solution.

Simon
