Garmin Express continuously 'beach balls' when 'checking for updates' for a device.

  It worked OK a few days ago, but this evening it isn't.  Internet access is OK as it is able to confirm that Garmin Express itself is uptodate.

  I am assuming your device database is offline and I'll try again tomorrow.

  • Whilst I've been checking other threads in this forum it appears you've brought the device database back on line.  It now manages to complete its check (and wants to update the voice, just like it does every time I connect, despite the fact that I let it do the update everytime).
