Manage Maps feature in the Garmin Express is missing

I reinstalled a new SSD in my desktop. Reinstalled Garmin Express. It sees my Garmin 55lm and states up to date but the Manage Maps feature is missing. Therefore, I cannot reinstall City Navigator on my desktop. I reinstalled Express still no go. I have win 10 64bit Pro

Try reinstalling the map to your device. You should then see the option to install the map to your computer.
