Carte sur Garmin Nuvi 2445

Bonjour, après une mise à jour la carte France à disparue de mon Garmin Nuvi 2445, et à la place la carte de l'Irlande a été installée et je ne sais plus comment faire pour réinstaller la carte France, pouvez vous m'aider svp ? Cordialement
