New City Navigator Won’t Go On My GPSMap 64C

My GPSMap 64C previously had City Navigator 2017. I purchased and downloaded the new City Navigator (2025 I believe). Now two City Navigators show in my Garmin Express. Regardless of which one I install onto the SD Card in the GPS, I keep seeing the 2017 version when I open Basecamp. How do I get the proper version?  Please help. I’m out $100 if I can’t get this to work properly.

    Please clarify 'you believe'? If you didn't get an updated map that will be why nothing has changed.

    I went to Garmin’s website and purchased City Navigator North America. It did not say what version it was. Once it was purchased, another instance of City Navigator showed up in my Garmin Express App. I reformatted the SD Card in my GPS and clicked the “download” icon next to “City Navigator”. Once it was finished, Basecamp still showed City Navigator 2017.1 on my SD Card. So I repeated the process, choosing the other instance of City Navigator. Same result. I’ll get a screenshot for you in a bit if that would help. Thanks!

    Then you'll need to call Product Support for help. Either you bought an old map or there is an issue with your account which only Product Support can resolve.
