Forerunner 610: Can't add to Express

I'm trying to add my Forerunner 610 via USB Antstick to Garmin Express but it's not recognized.

- The 610 Firmware is 3.00
- The 610 is in pairing mode
- The stick is recognized by Windows 11 in the device manager

Any ideas?

Go to the link at Initial Setup For a Forerunner 610 and note in particular some of the content near the bottom. Hopefully something there will be of help.

Thanks. It actually worked. Had to factory reset and play through the initial setup, then it was recognized.
