I don't have a broadband internet connection, I use my mobile phone as a hotspot. How can I connect my new fenix 7x saphire solar to garmin express?

I loose my internet connection when I want to register my new fenix pro 7x saphire solar with garmin express. I use my mobile phone as hotspot for my desktop computer to connect to the internet. Is there a possibility to connect/register my device in garmin express without broadband connection?

It's just a guess but I think what might be happening is that your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth and that's interfering. I suggest you try registering your Fenix with Bluetooth temporarily turned off on your phone.

I thought that, too... so I turned it all off... didn't help... but thanks for the hint anyway :-)
