garmin express won't upload to garmin connect on my windows computer

every time i sync my watch on my windows computer i get a red x on garmin express saying error connecting to garmin connect(worked fine until early summer)

still works on my old mac computer

There was a Garmin Express update in just the last few days to version Garmin Express v7.23.0. Is that the version you are using?

I was having the same issue. Found out my watch was out of memory - deleted all activities and some courses - and everything now works fine

was doing this all summer was hoping the update would fix it but still not working

ive deleted activities since this started. the watch uploads to express then express won't upload to connect
