impossible uninstall garmin connect

Garmin connect doesn't work anymore (Windows 11)
I did uninstall it using Revo uninstaller, because it was impossible to uninstall it.
But even if i resinstall the new version, it's frozen... doesn't work anyway

You are right: there is also a Garmin app for windows, the correct name is Garmin Express, useful to update the Garmin device and firmware; it worked very well until yesterday

I've already tried because i found it in GArmin website suggestions, but it does not work... Garmin express stands still and it is frozen, but it's not possible to uninstall. It is also impossible to reinstall it downloading the last version in the website
