We are unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable + Edge 1030 plus + Win 11

I've read the previous posts about this error, but most of them seem old, did someone had this error recently?

It is my first time connecting my Garmin Edge 1030plus to Garmin Express because I want to update the software form version 6.75 to 9.00.
I couldn't update it using directly the Wifi or via Garmin Connect, so I thought I'd try Garmin Express.

I've tried disabling the firewall and adjusting the PC timezone and region but with no success.

It could be related to a timezone mismatch because currently, GPS has the wrong timezone for Mexico (which I hoped to solve by updating the software).


Any ideas?
