Express on Windows 11 enterprise: forbidden login

Today I downloaded Garmin Express on Windows 11 Enterprise edition, after successfully installation where I also installed .net, I try to login but blank window with "forbidden" message.

How to solve?

Mention an Enterprise Edition makes me think you may be running WIndows on a business related PC. If that is the case the business may have blocked the installation of unapproved software.
