Approach S2 wrong serial number in your database

Dear sir

This is a really interesting issue. Whenmy watch first had a problem with no courses nearby i called support in Sweden. They help me by erasing the Gmapxxx files and update it with Garming Express. 

Now Garmin Express thinks this is a Vivoactive HR. And will never give me the reinstall courses option. 

If I type in the Ser nr that shows up in Garmin Express on Garmin Support Identifyer it shows up as Vivoactive HR. Sameting with the ser nr that shows up under About in the watch. But if I enter the ser nr on the back of the watch: 30Y310663 it shows up as the right watch. An Approach S2. 

According to me this shows that there must be something wrong in the database. 

I have tried everything for over a week now. Soft reset, hard reset, everything. But I cant do anything as long as the database is showing up the wrong watch.
