Swim watch had logged itself out overnight. Original email address for account no longer exists, so cannot reset the password as no email address to send recovery email to. I know what the old password is but it now won’t log in, so I have lost multiple years precious data. Was connected to a chat room, but that lost connection too so no further forward. I have created a new connect account for my watch, but I want to transfer the files over. Is there a way of accessing these files with other ID data please?
