Hi. I have the latest version of Garmin Express 7.22.0.0 and am trying to update maps on my trusty old Drivesmart 51. Garmin Express appeared to do a software update on the device, which loaded without error when I disconnected and restarted the Drivesmart.
Now, when I try to update the map, it doesn't move beyond the 'Preparing Device for Map Update' stage. I have been into developer mode and switched to "Mass Storage". as per previous threads.
Any advice would be welcome please.
