why expreessdetailed_oo.log is 18gb

There are many log files on my PC in ProgramData\Garmin\Logs\Express. the latest one, ExressDetailed_00.log is 18 Gb. can i delete it or reduce it? who needs 18Gb logs?

If your Garmin Express functions properly, then it can be deleted.
