My Montana 700i will not connect to my computer, Ive down loaded all the appropriate software but none recognize the device… I thought it was a usb port issue, anything else plugged in works fine.. I’ve heard there are issues with the Montana 700i, overall I am not liking my experience with it at all. Is there any support I can call to walk me through this ?
