Garmin Express update interrupted. Detailed maps now corrupt. help.

Was updating maps and bumped the USB connection, which interrupted the map update. Now Garmin Express says all software up to date; but the Garmin itself says it can't find detailed maps because something is corrupt. Have installed basecamp but don't see a way out of this.

Looking for a remedy. Anyone please?

Although I've never had an instance like yours, I've been under the impression that GE can pick up where it left off in doing an update (like a power failure). So my first recommendation would be to shut down GE, disconnect your device, reboot the PC and then reattempt to complete the operation. On the restart run GE in Admin mode.
