As the subject line says - Garmin Edge 200 connects to either Windows 10 or Windows 11 PCs, then immediately turns off and disappears from (Windows) File Explorer.
I can charge the Edge 200 with a charge-only USB port on the PC and is working fine on the bike, but can't upload to Garmin Connect or use Garmin Express, as it disappears as soon as it loads into Windows.
I am using the original Garmin cable.
I recently backed up all rides apart from last couple, so did a factory reset on the Edge 200, per Garmin website instructions, yet still have the same problem.
Is anyone from Garmin going to help me with this issue, as this is the only way I can contact them, or am I going to have to throw away my beloved Edge 200? I really hope not.
